What this site is

barnabascreative.com is an informational site describing a free service: BarnabasCreative builds and maintains websites for ministries and non-profits at no cost. Using this site, or applying through it, does not create any contract, guarantee, or paid obligation on either side.

Applying is not a guarantee of service

Submitting an application does not guarantee that a site will be built for your organization. Applications are read and answered by one person, capacity is limited, and not every applicant will be a fit — see What We Build on the homepage for the kind of work this covers.

If work is undertaken

Where BarnabasCreative does build or rebuild a site for an organization, the specific scope, ownership of the resulting domain and content, and any ongoing maintenance arrangement are agreed directly with that organization by email — not set in advance by this page. Nothing here overrides what’s agreed directly with an applicant.

No warranty

This site, and the free service it describes, are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and to do good work for anyone we take on, but we can’t guarantee outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarnabasCreative and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or of any website built through this service.

Third-party links

This site links to the live site of one ministry we’ve worked with (wildfirekenya.org) and to ColdPress (coldpress.dev), the parent project. We don’t control either and aren’t responsible for their content.
